Jamie + Joey | Fall Fun

Yes, we are alive! :) Thank you for visiting our neglected blog! 2011 was a super busy year, and it ended with me in the hospital for a few weeks due to complications from routine surgery. Thankfully, I am fully recovered and feeling great! We're very excited for this year and getting to work with even more amazing couples and families. We are so blessed. Lots to share, but for now, here's a fun moment from Jamie + Joey's fall wedding at Antrim 1844. Their bridal party rocked.

Buddy Walk 2011

Drew and I are excited to participate in our fifth Buddy Walk this Saturday morning in honor of our nephew, Vinnie! The Buddy Walk was developed by the National Down Syndrome Society (NDSS) in 1995 to promote acceptance and awareness of people with Down syndrome. All monies raised will support the Down Syndrome Network of Montgomery County (check out Vinnie's pic on their homepage!), The ARC of Montgomery County, and the NDSS. Sara + Zack | Engaged

Sara + Zack met during their freshman year at University of Pennsylvania and fell in love. Seven years later, Zack took Sara to Rome and surprised her with an incredible proposal. What's even more incredible is Zack flew both of their families out to Rome, so they could surprise Sara and take part in the celebration, as well. The story is amazing. We love these two and are so happy for them! They live in NYC, so we thought an engagement session at their favorite spots in the city would be fitting. Their wedding was earlier this month in Cambridge, MD - we can't wait to share those pics, too!
