If any of you are in the area on January 26th and have nothing to do, come out to the MSP Polar Bear Plunge at Sandy Point State Park!  It's a HUGE event where hundreds of people jump into the freezing Chesapeake Bay to raise money for Special Olympics.  Drew, Lindsay, Heather, Anne, my brother-in-law Bill (B, you have to register!), and I are going to be participating.  Yes, we are crazy...but it's going to be a ridiculously fun time and it's all for a good cause (yay, Vinnie!)  Just check out the pictures from previous plunges in their slideshows and you'll see for yourself.  It's free for spectators. There's going to be a big winter festival in a heated tent with live music, food & drinks, stuff for kids, sand sculptures, and even pig racing(!)...where else can you cheer on a porker in the middle of winter?  If you're feeling a little crazy yourself and want to join our team, PLEASE DO!!  We need 4 more people!  And if you feel like making a small donation, you can visit our page - Team Holy Shivers!!
